Importance of ensuring the legal and statutory compliances including fair, safe and equitable environment for employees and  earning employees trust will also be explained in this course and recent developments like EHS Policy and Employee engagement will also be covered here.

 

     This course is meant for working executives in HR as well as other in related functions in industry-especially for MSME units and also for those holding senior positions in General Management-CEO/GM/Director to enhance their skills in and understanding of HR functions.
